ong of the Morning is a planned community development in northern Michigan situated on an 800-acre property of beautiful woodland and rolling meadows, bounded by state forest on three sides, complete with it's own lake and streams. The master plan for the project is complete, as well as a number of individual building designs. Construction of the service infrastructure for the first phrase of the development is nearly finished as of the spring of 2001.

hen complete the designed development will include many of the amenities common to most communities such as shops, basic services, and restaurant, community centre, school and guest accommodations. Further plans include the possibilities of greenhouses for food production, and a site for cottage industries to establish a degree of self-sufficiency, and an economic base for the community.
